ABOUT
This summer, the BSA Women in Design’s Policy and Equity Committee launched the How We Work survey, polling design + allied professional’s knowledge of and satisfaction with time off, flexibility, parental leave, and career growth policies at their firms. We received over 300 (!) responses-- thank you Boston! We are now hard at work analyzing the results, which will be shared on the show floor of ABx 2018. Stop by and visit us to check it out and learn more! In the meantime, stay tuned, as we will try to release early results as they become available.
